Means timely, complete and damage-free delivery and assembly in consultation with the Project Management and if appropriate with the end customer. The range of products in shopfitting is diverse. Therefore, a good working ERP system with an appropriate storage location management is necessary in the storage area.

Goods Receipt

The incoming goods inspection should include quantity and quality checks of received deliveries.

At this point the goods are checked for transport damage in order to claim a possible complaint from the carrier (supplier or shipper).

The securities for adoption is done using the accompanying documents, where the reception is accepted and which are used in the company as evidence for accumulating bills.

Warehouse

The responsibilities of the Warehouse Management include all activities that are directly related to stockpiling of the required materials. This includes the acquisition of goods from the goods receipt area/ test warehouse, to place into or release goods from stock or to pass them on to the requesting departments due to removal documents. The desired input materials are either collected by the consumptive department at the warehouse (collect system) or delivered by the warehouse (bring system).

Loading/Shipping

The orders that are compiled within consignment according to the respective route planning, are loaded to own or external vehicles. The goods are loaded either with or without packaging. The loading of both own and external vehicles needs to be checked by determining the loading (HGV/order) through direct reconciliation with the route planning and the order for verification and documentation. Special packing and loading regulations have to be specified on the loading documents (delivery note/cargo list). The timing with regard to deadlines results from the route plans made of the Shipping/Assembly Department.

Construction cost management:

Managing the construction costs deals with controlling the compliance of cost objectives at any project phase as agreed in the contract and evaluates possible construction addendums during construction regarding their cost relevance in the context of the addendum management. Among these are the given claims for fees of architects and specialist engineers involved in the construction.
